Co-founder and CEO Ari Matusiak reached out for help in recruiting the initial leadership team for this new organization focused on building a retail-level movement to replace a billion machines in 121 million American homes with clean electricity. We set forth to recruit a team who could accelerate the ambition of the co-founders amidst the historic backdrop of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. Rewiring was already having great influence and impact on this federal legislation, and their hiring plan had to catch up quickly as those laws moved into implementation. Within six months we had found the first set of outstanding professionals to guide the scale-up of this venture, and the team continues to grow.‍
